How to check the status of your order?
We will send you a tracking number by email when your order is shipped so you can check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your shipment within 2 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact us at support@flirty-bird.com, include your name and order number in the email and we will assist you.
Request to amend your order:
It is not possible to add to or amend an order once it has been placed. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.
